Creative group

Traditionally, at the beginning of the second semester  Mariupol City Lyceum has started

"Week of Experiments, Opportunities and Projects" (abbreviated as "TEMP").

 Our group has done a lot of creative things on location number 9, that has named "ITEM" , which combines IT, English and Media literacy.

Students:

Students in grades 8-11, who know English at a sufficient level and are skilled in working with the PC.

For whom:

Do you want to actively develop your English and have fun? Do you want to become an informed consumer of information and be sure that the media do not manipulate your life? Do you want to work in a friendly team and creatively create a cool website with useful messages for ordinary people anywhere in the world? Then join us at the "ITEM" location! we are going to work with IT, English and Media literacy. Moreover, three amazing mentors with great ideas are waiting for you!

Goals:

1) Students will become ambassadors for a way of living a healthy lifestyle. 2) Students will create a dual website with tips on how to develop health literacy skills, combat various types of media manipulation, and distinguish between truthful and untruthful information. The website can be used by any educators/scientists, as it will contain useful and interesting content in English and Ukrainian.
