HATE SPEECH
Nowadays, the language of hatred purchased outstanding popularity in media. It is common language that it existed long before the origin of gadgets. A term of "hate speech" (language of hatred) came to us from the USA. It was used for expression of the negative attitude toward a separate group of people. It is important to mark that hate of speech - it is not simply an argument with a friend, but global discrimination of separate groups of people, that differ from others.

DISTINGUISH SUCH DIRECTIONS OF LANGUAGE OF HATRED:
★ racism and xenophobia (kindling of enmity is on the sign of origin);

★ sexism (pursuit is on sexual character);

★ antisemitism (discrimination of the Jewish);

★ homo- and transphobia (negative attitude toward the representatives of LGBT of association);

★ antiziganizm (hostile attitude toward the representatives of Roman nationality);

★ lookism (discrimination related to appearance);

★ ableism (hostility toward people with limit possibilities);

★ classism (whims through a social origin);

★ ageism (discrimination on age).

HATE SPEECH IN MEDIA
The internet is a territory for a great number of people where they can express themselves as personalities by creation of their own content. It does not appeal to everybody. Almost at once, so-called "haters" and "trolls" appear at once. "Trolls" is the name for people who purposefully sabotage communication on the Internet. They are often paid money for it. A fishing method on a bait is named "trolling with bait", and internet-trolls "give up a bait" to other users to provoke them. So called "haters" are the people who support certain political order to spread hatred purposefully . For example, Islamists have a hatred of the Jewish or Americans, or western nationalists - to the Muslims or refugees.

REASON OF DISTRIBUTION OF HATE SPEECH IN MEDIA:

★ Journalists try to increase the personal interest and actuality of materials. For greater efficiency they use technicians of manipulation, in contempt of the code of journalistic ethics.

★ Not high enough level of education. It leads to the absence of tolerance in many journalistic materials.

TYPES OF HATE SPEECH IN MEDIA
★ the direct encouraging of discrimination, including general slogans;
★ The veiled call to violence and discrimination. Propaganda of "positive", historical and modern, examples of violence and discrimination.
★ Creating negative character of ethnic, religious or certain task force.
★ Acquittal of historical cases of violence and discrimination.
★ Mentioning a certain group or its representatives in a humiliating context.
★ Mentioning citizens as foreigners because of their ethnic authentication. The language of enmity creates an enormous danger for solidarity of democratic society, protection of human rights. Thus, it is necessary to be able to be protected from this.

FACILITIES OF EFFECTIVE FIGHTING AGAINST HATE SPEECH:

★ To promote the awareness of society about the importance of observance of pluralism and about the danger that is presented by the language of enmity, and also to demonstrate both the fallaciousness of basics that it is based on and her unacceptability.

★ To render support to those, on whom individually or the collectively directed language of enmity.

★ To support self-regulation in state and private establishments (in that number the elected people, political parties, educational establishments and cultural and sporting organizations) as means of fight against the hate speech.

★ To specify civil and administrative legal liability for the use of language of enmity, respecting here freedom of speech.
